As an athlete, protein is an essential part of your diet. Protein not only provides you with energy, it also helps your muscles recover from the strenuous work that you put them under. Eating enough protein can help you sleep better and stay healthier as well.

Make sure that every meal that you eat contains protein. Keep in mind that there are lots of ways to incorporate protein in your diet.
